Liz Graves is the Boulder County Marijuana Licensing Authority. She was appointed in June of 2012 . She built the County's marijuana program from the ground up She assisted in writing the Boulder County Marijuana regulations and has spearheaded several updates. The licensing program now manages 63 active licenses, and growing.
